Return & Ship Policy and Conditions

  • Returned items that have suffered physical damage by the customer will not be accepted for any reason.
  • All products purchased from Bikes Online may be returned within a period of 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • Only those items specifically designated as being on Back-Order may be returned within a period of 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, which will be automatically deducted from the amount refunded to the customer's credit card. Defective parts or systems will be exchanged with the same parts or systems.
  • Shipping is non-refundable.
  • Refunds for credit card purchases will be credited back to the original credit card, only. Refunds for cash or check will be mailed to the original customer.
  • All returned items must be received in the original packaging, undamaged, with no missing parts, instructions or accessories, and must be in resalable condition.
  • Opened and/or unsealed DVDs and CDs are not returnable unless defective. Units requiring service, either warranty or otherwise, should be returned directly to the appropriate manufacturer.
  • An order cancellation fee of 10% will be charged on all orders that have already been processed, but not shipped. Orders placed prior to 3 pm Central time during the regular work week are typically processed within 2 hours.  Orders placed after 3 pm Central time, on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
