Order Tracking

There are several ways you can track the progress of your order.  

  1. Website Account Manager:  login to My Account.  Under the section 'View Order Status' you will find the Courier used as well as the Tracking number.  Of course, this is only visible once the order has shipped.
  2. Email:  We also send an email from USPS or from UPS which contains your tracking number and the website link to check the progress of your shipment
  3. Phone:  As with any issue or question, our customers are always welcomed and encouraged to call us at 888-Bike-Com.  One of our customer service reps will be glad to assist.
