BikesOnline.com ships with United Parcel Service (UPS) and with the US Postal Service (USPS).  Determination of which courier to utilize is made by Bikes Online based upon, but not exclusively with the following criteria:

1. Package Weight - Packages 3 lbs and heavier usually ship USPS Priority.  Packages 4 lbs and heavier typically ship UPS Ground.
2. Destination - Shipments to International locations, Hawaii, Alaska, US Territories and US Military sites typically ship with US Postal Priority. 
3. Package Size - Certain oversized packages which exceed girth limitations ship with other couriers not named here on a case by case basis.  In these rare occurences, we will contact you to indicate courier choice.

Specific requests to utilize other courier services not named here can be requested.  We strive to make shipping easy for our customers and will accomodate special requests when possible.
