How does the $125* minimum purchase free shipping Promo work?

Terms for Free Shipping Offer ($125 minimum purchase):
The goal of our promotion is to lower your total purchase cost.
Some certain products, due to their size and/or weight are simply too expensive to ship for free. At this time, the site does not have the capability to specify which products are not eligible for the promotion. This means that most orders will be given free shipping at checkout, even though additional payment is required to ship the items. These exceptional items include but are not limited to bikes, repair stands, heavy racks, tools, wheelsets, and others heavy, large, or otherwise difficult to ship items. In the case that one of these items is part of your order, a BikesOnline staff member will contact you as soon as possible to collect the shipping for your item. In order to save our customers money, and in appreciation of their patronage, the shipping amount will be heavily discounted. You may either accept or decline to pay this discounted shipping charge, but declining to pay the shipping charge will result in the cancellation of the order.
Additionally, this offer is extended exclusively to our customers the 48 continental United States. Alaska, Hawaii and International locations do receive a lower ship rate, but are not eligible for free shipping when their order is in excess of $125.
