Bikes Online, an Austin-based bike shop located on the near south side is currently hiring for a mechanic/salesperson.  Successful candidates will have a strong mechanical aptitude and excellent interpersonal skills.

We are a fast moving bike shop with a challenging and rewarding work environment.  The following requirements will be favored in the evaluation of a candidate:

• Past experience working for a bike shop
• Strong experience repairing bikes
• Computer experience – Windows programs
• Excellent interpersonal skills, in person, on the phone, and via email
• Strong work ethic and team attitude
• Self-starter who can work with minimal supervision
